Grand Hotel Excelsior, Floriana

My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The room was stunning with a huge and very comfortable bed, a lovely desk/lounge area, a spacious balcony, and a luxurious bathroom complete with a separate shower and bath. The provided toiletries were top-notch and replenished daily, elevating the experience. However, there was a slight drawback as dinner wasn't ready by check-in time.

I was really impressed with this hotel! The rooms were super spacious and very clean, always spotless and stocked with fresh towels and products multiple times a day. However, the service was a bit lacking, as the staff seemed more interested in their conversations than taking care of guests. The location was ideal for my needs, being close to the bus terminal and not too busy. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some great choices but also some issues with cleanliness and service.
